Take advantage and save by converting to LED.
Lifespan
LED light bulbs have a lifespan of at least 25,000 hours, which at 2 hrs a day would last 35 years. In comparison, incandescents last on average 1,200 hours, which at 2 hrs a day would last for a year and a half and Compact fluorescent lights on average have a lifespan of 8,000 hrs. A good quality LED bulb can last 3 to 5 times longer than a CFL and 30 times longer than an incandescent bulb.
Efficiency
LED bulbs produce more for less, LED bulbs use at least 75% less energy, and last up to 25 times longer, than incandescent lighting with the same output.
